For people who don’t get enough sleep, the levels of leptin drop and you can feel hungrier throughout your day. In order to receive the appropriate amount of rest you need, make sure to keep a consistent sleep and wake schedule, including on weekends. Lack of sleep can also cause mental, emotional, and physical fatigue. It’s also essential to sleep properly as your body carries out the greatest amount of healing and regeneration during sleep.
