Thai Green Pork Lettuce Wraps

 Healthy Food, Healthy Recipe

Prep Time 10 minutes Cook Time 15 minutes Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 500g pork mince
  • 1 tbsp green curry paste
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 small pact mint (leaves only- chopped)
  • 4 little gem lettuces, leaves separated
  • rice (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a frying pan
  • cook the pork for 8-10 minutes until cooked through
  • Stir in green curry paste along with 2 tbsp water
  • Cook for 2 minutes
  • Remove from heat and stir in red onion, lime juice, fish sauce, and herbs
  • Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves and serve with rice (optional)
