Anti-inflammatory Healthy Recipe

Golden milk is the perfect combination of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory spices and protein.
Pea milk is a perfect dairy alternative, but you can change it for oat milk, almond milk, or flaxseed milk if you prefer.
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 Pinch Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup pea milk unsweetened
- 1 tbsp stevia or monk fruit
- Warm the milk in a small saucepan over low-medium heat, stir well.
- Slowly add all of the ingredients and incorporate until smooth.
