Golden Milk


Anti-inflammatory Healthy Recipe

Golden milk is the perfect combination of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory spices and protein.

Pea milk is a perfect dairy alternative, but you can change it for oat milk, almond milk, or flaxseed milk if you prefer.


  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 Pinch Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pea milk unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp stevia or monk fruit


  • Warm the milk in a small saucepan over low-medium heat, stir well.
  • Slowly add all of the ingredients and incorporate until smooth.
