If there is one thing I try to maximize in my life it’s efficiency. Between working a full time job, managing a full social calendar, cooking fresh meals every day (I hate leftovers!), and having an affair with my creative outlet on my lunch break at work (Big Magic tricks, try them out!), I’m pretty strapped for time. Because of that, I multi-task as much as possible. So finding a morning drink that’s nutrient packed and loaded with probiotics means I can log a five-second win for my crazy day ahead.

I’ve long been a huge fan of probiotics. Our modern enriched and refined food diet leaves our gut overworked and underappreciated, and a lot of us don’t replenish that healthy bacteria with the probiotics it needs to keep working optimally. Those who constantly find themselves with stomach issues might want to start by checking in on their gut. If your gut is off, your overall health and wellness could be threatened as well!

And if you find yourself without time and not always making the best eating decisions (just ignore that Instagram story of all those sweets and burgers I ate last weekend), supplementing your diet with Tropicana’s Probiotics drink makes getting gut-enhancing probiotics delicious and convenient. You’ll only find natural sugars in the juice, as well as delicious flavors and over one-billion live and active cultures in each glass.

The best thing about these juices are the flavors that they come in–Strawberry Banana, Pineapple Mango, and Peach Passion Fruit–and how easy it is to find them in grocery store. The Strawberry Banana flavor is at the top of my favorites list due to my current love affair with strawberry everything. Thankfully, for the mornings where sitting down and having a glass of juice with breakfast (who am I kidding, I never have sit down breakfasts unless I schedule brunches on the weekend) there are also single-serve sizes opposed to the large containers I typically buy.

An easy and accessible way to get my vitamins and probiotics every morning, Tropicana Probiotics is going to be integrated into my weekly shopping schedule (and maybe mixed with rum in the warmer months for a more fun-adult way to get my vitamins!).
